Playlist for speed work
I've used the following playlist with great success for ~40 minute (including warmup) speed workouts for running. I'll be using a modified version of it at the Indoor Time Trial on Sunday. Use at your own risk, as I cannot be held responsible for you falling down, hurting yourself, etc.
